The Technical Arts Ministry exists to directly support and reinforce everything that takes place in the worship center. This includes lighting, audio, video, or any other form of technical or stage support, in a manner that is pleasing to God. In an area of serving that is very task oriented, it becomes easy to focus on the task and not the real reason why we serve. Our lives have been dramatically impacted by a relationship with the Creator of the Universe. Our desire to serve comes out of a thankful heart and a desire to see others develop a relationship with God. There is no greater cause into which we can invest our time and energy than this! We want to see people come to know Christ and challenge those that already do to grow closer to Him. The name of this ministry is the Technical Arts Ministry: “Technical” because we deal with all things tech— lights, video, sound, staging, and so forth; “Arts” because whether it is the building of a sound mix, the creating of a mood with lights, or the positioning of staging, there is an artistic side to it that impacts the service greatly; "Ministry" because God has created the people of the Tech Team to serve Him through their interests, gifts, and understanding of lighting, sound, video gear and live stage production. Just like there is one body with many parts, we are one team with many parts. These parts are different yet they work together to accomplish an amazing work of God.
